Platform Fees (Investor)
- Platform fee: 0.5% – 2.0% of invested amount, shown before confirmation.
- Payment rails fee: Pass‑through (card, ACH, wire, on‑chain fees as applicable).
- Withdrawal/wire fee: Bank pass‑through displayed at withdrawal.
- Secondary transfer fee (if enabled): Up to 1.0% paid by seller, disclosed at transfer.
- Custody/escrow: If applicable, custodian may charge per‑transaction or monthly fees.
Illustrative Examples
- Invest $10,500 with 1.5% platform fee: $157.50. Net invested: $10,342.50 (plus rail fees).
- Domestic wire withdrawal with $20 pass‑through: proceeds minus $20 bank fee.
Conflicts & Revenue Sharing
EMS‑X or affiliates may receive fees from issuers, providers, or partners. Any such arrangements will be disclosed case‑by‑case and in our Conflicts Disclosure.
Fees are subject to change. The current fee for a specific case is always displayed prior to investment.
