EMS‑X and its affiliates may receive compensation from issuers, medical providers, partners, or investors. These arrangements can create actual or perceived conflicts of interest. We strive to identify, disclose, and manage potential conflicts consistent with applicable regulations and our internal policies.

• Platform, listing, or servicing fees paid by case sponsors or providers
• Revenue sharing with partners for onboarding, custody, or payments
• Employee or affiliate interests in certain offerings
